SYSTEM'S CHARACTERISTICS

System EFS (Easy Flow System) has been created for production plants material handling with the destination to be used to increase the ergonomics and efficiency of heavy containers deliveries. The handling of the containers of weight above the 450kg is no longer a problem – there is no need to use the operator’s muscles power to make it therefore the norm is obeyed.

UNIQUE FEATURES

COOPERATION WITH CONTAINERS OF TWO SIZES

EFS platform is able to transport a single container o dimensions: 1200 x 1000 or 1200 x 800 [mm].

DIFFERENT TYPES OF WORKING STATIONS

The working stations cooperating with single EFS platform differ in number of working fields and functionalities.

DOUBLE SIDED LOADING/UNLOADING

The EFS internal transport system platforms have been designed to provide double-sided loading and unloading, which means that the production line sections located both the left and right sides of the transport route can be operated.

MECHANICAL SYSTEM OF PLATFORM AND STATION CONNECTION

After the logistic train has reached the destination of delivery, it is necessary to connect the platform with the station before unloading. Therefore the EFS system platform has been equipped with clamping mechanism for connecting with station. The connection is being done in a way to ensure full safety of loading and unloading during the production plants material handling.

SLS – SAFETY LIGHT SYSTEM

Platforms and stations are equipped with a signal lamps which show the information about the current docking status of the containers. Incorrect connection of platform and station, frame not locked in transport ready position or wrong position of the container cause the warning signal to be activated and system blocks the possibility of the train movement.

POSSIBILITY TO CONNECT ANY NUMBER OF PLATFORMS (1-4)

Number of platforms which can be coupled forming the logistic train can be both even or odd – up to total of 4 platforms. That ensures the material handling according to the needs of tact time and one’s production plant.
