Every even the smallest detail in our system has been cerfully designed in order to ensure the maximum ergonomy, funtionality and safety of work. Our many years of experience, observation of customer’s need more the contant development of our products resulted in creation of almost ideal universal internal logistics system – E-Liner intralogistic transport. Within the system’s range you can find e-frame platforms, trolleys, tilt trolleys and turntables. Even though the system should meet all the needs of the potential customer we are still able to make some adjustments if you have some special needs.

COMPATIBILITY WITH DIFFERENT TROLLEYS
Our e-frame platform is able to work with many different types of trolleys, both single and double, in sizes from 800 × 600 mm to even 1700 x 1200 mm. That guarantees very wide scope of potential cargo transport.
PRECISE TRACTION SYSTEM
Connected together our platforms move along the route destigned by tugger train.
This is due to the so-called forced steering principle. This means that the angular displacement of the drawbar causes simultaneous movement of all wheel sets of the platforms. This solution makes it much easier to maneuver and allows you to shorten the route, thus saving valuable time.
SYMETRIC CONSTRUCTION
E-Liner intralogistic transport platforms can be set in tugger train system in the orientation of both left and right hand. This allows double-sided loading and unloading of platforms, and thus supports the production line on both sides among the route.
EASY DOCKING
By using inertial loading mechanism, placing the cart in the platform requires less force than the uprising cart. In addition, the platform is equipped with guiding skews which singificantly ease the entry into the trolley. Skews reduce the slight deviations of the correct path during drive-in entry of carts.
CONVENIENT AND SAFE RELEASE
Taking out a trolley of the platform is done by pressing the safety lever with foot – which is more convenient than standard safety barriers. In contrast, bumpers installed on the platforms plus the wheel control mechanism automatically push the load considerably facilitating the work.
SYSTEM SAFETY
After entering the platform trolley is being automatically locked, which is being signalized by the change of color tag – red or green. Releasing the carriage is possible only when the safety lever has been pressed earlier. This mechanism prevents the self-releasing of trolleys during the tugger train movement. E-Liner intralogistic transport ensures the maximum level of safety for its users.
