LIFT TROLLEYS
Lift trolleys are another of the WAMECH solutions that optimize the ergonomics of components / materials employee’s picking. The trolley’s lift system allows to adjust the height to a position that allows for conveniently pick up of items from the container.

FEATURES
THE SYSTEM OF LIFTING UPPER SURFACE
The lift trolleys are equipped with a mechanical lifting upper frame that allows the container to be lifted in the 440-720 mm range allowing for its ergonomic loading / unloading. The frame is automatically locked in any position and can be lowered by pressing the release pedal.
MAXIMUM VELOCITY OF 6 KM/H
During the manual handling the maximum allowed velocity equals to 6km/h.
THE FIFTH WHEEL MECHANISM
The lift trolleys have additional, fifth wheel located in the center of the trolley’s frame – this makes it easier to maneuver and rotate in place. When being docked the wheel is lifted and lowered again only after the trolley has left the platform
WHEELS BLOCKING MECHANISM
To prevent the self movement of the trolley each wheel has a blocking mechanism which when locked prevent the cart from any unintentional movement.
TYPES OF LIFT TROLLEYS
Lift trolleys are currently available in one standard size and allow to transport 800×600 [mm] containers. On order we can create and deliver lift trolleys of other dimensions which construction will be based on the same, fully mechanical lifting solution.
