SWING TROLLEYS
Swing trolleys were created to allow ergonomic depositing of assembled components. Thanks to the special tilting frame system, the upper part of the platform together with the empty container adjusts the angle so as to significantly facilitate the process of material deposition. After filling the container, it is possible to level it horizontally for the time of transport to the finished product warehouse or to the next production section.

SWING TROLLEYS FUNCTIONS
SWING FRAME SYSTEM
The unique, fully mechanical solution allows you to tilt the upper part of the platform together with an empty container, which allows its ergonomic loading. Three levels of inclination of the trolley allow you to adjust the tilting angle depending on your needs. Tilting the trolley frame is also possible in both directions. The fully loaded container can be raised back to the horizontal position for the time of transport.
MAXIMUM SPEED 3 KM / H
The maximum permissible maneuvering speed is 3 km / h during manual steering.
MECHANISM OF THE FIFTH WHEEL
Swing trolleys are equipped with a central steering wheel located in the middle of the trolley’s frame – this allows for easier maneuvering of the trolley and possibility to rotate in place. When the trolleys is being docked in platform, the wheel is getting mechanically lifted and it lowers again when as trolley’s exits.
BOTH-SIDES, TWO-LEVEL FRAME TILTING
The special design allows to tilt the upper frame on both sides of the trolley when container is empty. After tilting, it is possible to block the position of 10 or 20 degrees for the time of loading, after the container is completely filled it is possible to release the frame and return it to the previous position – the horizotal level for the transport purpose.
WHEEL LOCKING
Swing trolleys have wheels equipped with movement lock mechanism which prevents unintentional movement of the trolley.
